My First Expedition: Broad Peak

My First Expedition: Broad Peak is the story of my first international mountaineering expedition. The story takes place in Pakistan in the summer of 2009. Everything from pre-trip planning and training to the approach hike to the summit push is covered. I tried to be as authentic as possible including both the ups and the downs of expedition life. This documentary provides a very intimate view of what an actual expedition is like, including the less glamorous aspects such as base camp meal time a bout of diarrhea. Included in the DVD is the full length 78 minute documentary. There is also a 12 minute bonus uncut video from my time inside a Gamow Bag at Broad Peak base camp.
